No, it is expected from the costumer to bring the product back into its original state when returned to our suppliers.

No, there are no costs involved when returning a product, unless it does not comply to the stated return policy. The costs of the return will be reimbursed by the company.

Products that are made when ordered, like the Strrr play blocks and Build-your-dream, cannot be returned.

U can pay us with: Ideal, credit card, Bancontact, PayPal and ING home pay.

Yes, currently we have the ability to deliver products in the Netherlands and Belgium. More countries will be added in the near future. Requests are always welcome. We will try our best to confirm and deliver orders coming from outside the Netherlands and Belgium.

For our current products, RitzKidz will cover the delivery costs. Your costs concerning this issue will be €0,00. WATCH OUT: This does not apply to the Build your dream service. These costs will be implemented in the whole process (quotation).
